Return & Replacement Policy
At Truff Love, we take great care in preparing and packaging our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Because our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened, used, or tampered with. This is for health, safety, and quality control reasons.
Damaged Items During Shipping
We will gladly replace items that arrive damaged during shipping.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Clear photos of the packaging/shipping box
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement is eligible and arrange for a new item to be sent where appropriate.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you received the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products with broken seals not caused by shipping damage
- Products that have been stored improperly after delivery
- Change-of-mind purchases
Refunds
Refunds are not offered for opened food products. In cases where an item is confirmed to be damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement rather than a refund whenever possible.
