Black Truffle Maple Glazed Salmon

Sweet, savoury, and quietly luxurious, this salmon is glazed with TruffLove Black Truffle Maple Syrup, Dijon, garlic, and soy for a glossy finish that feels elegant but easy. The maple brings warmth, the truffle adds depth, and the salmon stays tender and rich.

Ingredients

What You’ll Need

4 salmon fillets, about 140–170 g each
3 tablespoons TruffLove Black Truffle Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Black pepper, to taste
Pinch of salt, if needed
Optional: fresh chives or parsley for serving
Optional: lemon wedges for serving

Method

How to Make It

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F / 200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon dry and place it skin-side down on the prepared tray.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together TruffLove Black Truffle Maple Syrup, soy sauce or tamari, Dijon mustard, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  4. Spoon or brush the glaze over the salmon fillets.
  5. Let the salmon sit for 10 minutes while the oven finishes heating.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon flakes gently with a fork.
  7. During the final 2 minutes, brush with a small extra drizzle of Black Truffle Maple Syrup for a glossy finish.
  8. Remove from the oven and rest for 2 minutes.
  9. Finish with herbs and lemon if desired.
  10. Serve warm with your preferred sides.

Pairing Note

Serve with roasted asparagus, rice, mashed potatoes, green beans, or a crisp cucumber salad. For the best glaze, brush with a little extra Black Truffle Maple Syrup during the final minutes of cooking.
